The challenge between the two ladies has never stopped, and the more the teacher is hurt by the principal the more she continues to provide her with adjustment to any decision she takes.
T (The teacher) keeps correcting the top admin in the school on no basis. She has Zero experience in running even one classroom let a long a whole school.
This doesn’t mean that the principal (P) is qualified for this seat neither. P cares for yard duties as if the schoolteachers are born to attend only to some silly tasks which they are not required to be done by them in the first place.
Only out of courtesy and avoiding any more headache. The teachers only have about 20 minutes in their whole day to take a breather. No time to prep and no time to correct papers or make a good fair assessment, but who cares?
