In your last two posts, the focus was your fitness and finding solutions to your continuous quitting. The most significant part is to know why you quit b/c once you know that, for sure you’ll find the right solution for your situation.
Maybe you can’t commit due to a heavy work schedule that you have and you don’t want to add any more tasks. You just can’t take it. In this case, you need to think how to make a spot for your exercise. You can shake your schedule a little bit in a way that makes a slot of time at least two days a week. You can do this while you can divide your exercise routine into a smaller chunks.
Another reason could be that you are uncomfortable with feeling sore after each exercise which sometimes affects your schedule. If it is quite painful and seriously impossible to be done without getting very sore, you might find out another method that could increase your movements during the day i.e. going up and down the stairs instead of using an elevator and so on.
Until we chat again, stay with us and check on posts that you haven’t read yet, with our hugs and kisses ❤
