Anyway, in order to get to the point of cheerfulness, yo have to get rid of your worries. How can you do this? It’s terribly hard to do this, but if you succeed in getting rid of your fears and worries, you will be able to take your next step in taking one of the proposed actions towards a genuine cheerfulness.

Amazingly , it is the light. This might be a surprise for some of you but it is true.
Sunlight and darkness trigger the release of hormones in your brain. Exposure to sunlight is thought to increase the brain’s release of a hormone called serotonin. Serotonin is associated with boosting mood and helping a person feel calm and focused. MOre
Without light, you might not be cheerful except in a very limited situations. Light in this sense could be natural or artificial, but if artificial it has to align with certain criteria.
