What happened to businesses who want to take your will and your freedom away? Seriously, it is too irritating to have a hammer over your head ready to knock you down without mercy or shame.
You do not feel that Apps should force clients to pay a tip to the driver. This is **. What if the driver was bad in driving or in other aspect of the communication between the rider and the driver? What if the client simply is not interested in paying any extra money than the cost of the trip itself?
Since the rate of the ride is pretty expensive for the majority of clients, Lyft or other businesses should consider the cancellation of such misbehavioe which prevent you from leaving the page unless you pay or you must select one of the pay percentage tips suggested by the App you use.
Forcing tips on clients is a terrible policy and it should be removed from any App.
The beauty of any business is its success being fair to their customers. If it doesn’t give a freedom for the people to choose or to decide using their own will, it means that this business has failed!
Imposing tips on people is such a bad idea to the extent that many clients completely canceled the apps from their phones.
Do you think it could happen to all other Apps if they followed that bad business example?
Remember in old days when home-wives boycotted some grocery items due to the increase of the price, will this generation be defeated even in their own simple choices in life?
