Steve laughed commenting that he would never ever tried to do that hula hoop thing, and that that should be for women only. Oh! Really? Why’s that? He explained that men couldn’t move their bodies the way women did, and that they didn’t look manly when they imitate female work-outs such as hula hoop or others.
Well, may be he has a point, what do you think?
Although Hula Hoop is simple tool that can be easily accessible but at the beginning you may need to be patient. You can try it solo, you don’t have to be in a group or attend a class. If you like to do that, you can, but the most important thing is to practice on a daily basis. Continuation is the secret behind losing weight.
Start with your arm and the hoop. Just try to have it turn around your arm. It’s a good idea to be in an open area lest the hoop fly away to the window or to fragile items. It will not be easy to control the hoop when you start but after few trials, you’ll master the arms then you can move further to the whole body.
You can use it around your neck, belly, hips, legs, etc..
