Isn’t it the case that every time someone is upset or nervous, you’d most probably hear the word “Relax” to calm him/her down?
“Relax” is a nice word but sometimes people ignore it while they are angry. Since there is many people who get upset easily when they are disappointed, it was decided by a group of people to remind everyone who belonged to that upset group of the importance of relaxation.
Therefore, this August 15th of each year was put to work as a “National Relaxation Day”.
