Happiness is a feeling that comes to you when you do certain things or when you participate in some activities or when you watch events that please you. It is an internal feeling that gives you a kind of relaxation with a smile inside of you.
Then, what are some elements of happiness?
Well, there is a study that claims that Talking to strangers could be one of these elements. but an opposite idea states that it doesn’t matter who you talk to as long as the conversation is real from the heart not a fake one. You know the kind of talk that relieves you, as if you carry a burden and this talk makes you get rid of this burden,
Another element is Optimism which increases life expectancy as some sources claim. But optimism is unattainable unless you are aware of its existence to use it appropriately, and admitting that it exists in the first place.
