This guy sent his request in a bit of un-necessary details. Take a look at this:

I would like to know if this room is still available, I will be in WC by tomorrow evening. I am starting a job there, and need to move up. I have proof of the job offer, a bank statement, and a credit report that I ca bring with me along with my current landlady’s phone number (I have rented from her for over 8 years now with no rental I am 🙄 NEVER late with rent-ever!).

Do you have a car? If yes, do you want a parking included with the room?

We need to meet and talk first before going on with the lease processing or the view.

Yes, I have a car. I am in WC now, and would like to make an appt. to see the room tonight if possible. lI do have with me,
I have a current credit report, and bank statement., let me know when the best time to meet you is.

I hope to make an appt to see this room tomorrow evening.
