Talking about the endorsement of a check, certainly you need to know that certain checks, such as the US Gov or States checks, insurance checks, escrow checks, or any other checks that specifically ask for personal signature, require signaturetobeprocessed.
Still the endorsement of a check could be done by a third party with the permission of the superior; however that third party must show satisfying documentation to the bank such as power of attorney or conservatorship paper, or being a parent for a minor.
