The Heavy One!

You are the hero! You are a source of pleasure for many, keep it up! 😉

Thanks for all the posts’ likes you chose edwardlorilla2046tower; we really appreciate it, and whenever you have any question, pls feel free to text us @ 805-225-4754.

The heavy topic that you wanted to talk about as mentioned before was  about a new trick the real estate management companies do for individuals who are interested in renting a unit in one of their managed units.

They exploit anyone who is looking for a place to live since s/he has to apply first. Yes, an application like any other heavy task applications where you need to fill it out right to the bottom. A computer link will be sent to you; then you do your heavy homework. You bet it is a good source of collecting money.

It might be as if you’re narrating what you did during your whole life. It doesn’t make sense in many questions, and each property has its own measurement tools. You can be accepted as a prospect tenant or you can be declined. Whether you are accepted or declined, it doesn’t matter, you have to pay; yes you have to pay, and the funny thing is that each entity has its own price: some $35 others ask for $60 etc. There is no specific rate for all of them. Why? Bc the supervising authority didn’t specify any.

First of all, there shouldn’t be any fees for the application, or it could be chargable upon acceptance. Why do you suggest that? Bc many places keep pretending that they have availability while they do not, and the victim is you. You have to keep paying for your applications until a good one of these properties finally accept your application. The whole process is missing the clarity, bc their agent will tell you that in 2 days you’ll have your unit ready for living. Then after 2-3 days you will receive a call apologazing that your application was not accepted, and the excuses are endless.

It is unfair!

It is adding to homeless, isn’t it, with our hugs and kisses ❤
