I like to know if you are a kind person, where do you live now? Is Walnut Creek an area you like living in, etc.
I have a bookshelves that need to be assembled, can you do this?, since you told me you’re doing carperntay. Would you like to meet so that we can see if it would be a good fit or not, and tell me what to do with that bookshelves.
There are a lot of things to think of bc it is hard to completely be a good room-mates unless there is good understanding, right?

| Well to starters I have been living in San Francisco for the last 10 years in the same place with a lady that someone from work recommended, I had always paid my share of the rent one time .
I would like to check my schedule from Wednesday to Friday see if we can meet in a coffee shop of your choice in Walnut Creek.
About your shelves, I would like to see first before I recommend anything.
