Many young and old are looking for a place to call home, but it is got too expensive so people are no longer capable of paying the rent as in old days. Each started to look for some place less than affordable, and it usually ends up with funny options.

This lady sent her request for one of the ads that appeared online. Did she get any answer? Was she successful in getting the room she asked about?

I am a female interested in the apartment you have posted.

I have been retired for about a year but, am possibly looking to find a part time job. I am interested in a month to month lease option. I am currently living with my daughter and son-in-law here in Walnut Creek. They are a young couple (no children yet) that need their private space and I am feeling like I have overstayed my welcome, although they say I can stay as long as I want.

I have great credit. I own rental property out of state and truly understand how important it is to have good tenants.

I am a Christian. I think I would make a good room mate becuase I am clean and respectful towards others. I share the same concerns you have in finding a good room mate.

I have one question; how much extra are the utilites to be shared?
