You might not know this: What is the highest speed limit in the US?

Portions of the Idaho, Montana, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming road networks have 80 mph (129 km/h) posted limits. The highest posted speed limit in the country is 85 mph (137 km/h) and can be found only on Texas State Highway 130.
Apart from paying fine, why do you really better to follow the signs?

Then you foolishly ran your own speed without paying attention to the posted speed limit, it’s nonsense.”
“You not only endanger yourself and whoever other people with you, you’re wasting the money that was paid in all of that to take care of you. how stupid this is.”What's The Difference Between Ranch-To-Market And Farm-To-Market ...

Don’t be a fool risking your life and wasting all the time, the lives, the energy, and the sweat that were put into those roads, and respect the speed-limit.”When Toll Road Traffic Flows Fall Short | 2016-08-24 | ENR
