Eating and food were talked about a lot, right? But still we like to talk about it more coz as it seems to be it is not emphasized enough that healthy eating is necessary for you to live healthy.
It is not enough to be athlete or to exercise, you’ve got to keep it clear in your mind that you should eat this and not that.
Also, you’ve got to be aware of what’s going on in the supermarket with all new labels that so tiny you can’t read or so technical that you need a dictionary to understand. Use these tips and try to understand how it works so you wouldn’t need to check back on them.
Some scientific theories say that eating healthy is more important than how much you weigh. What do you think? In the meantime, isn’t over-weight unhealthy?
