The Health Dept. main job is to protect people from getting sick and provide prevention methods against any ailment. It also carries the burden of supervising all kinds of medication that is presented to the public. Where is that supervision? 🙄
Are you unfamiliar with the role of the Health Dept. and its branches/affiliates?
Experiments are supposedly done by the specialists in the field, it is not a matter of experiment to run these faulty meds on innocent people asking them if they experience any of the medicine’s effects, they should report that. It is not right.
With all kinds of technology, it shouldn’t be a problem to 
produce a medicine that has no bad effects on people. Unless there is such medication but not sold for the public, or maybe sold in a higher prices. Therefore, for the poor who cannot afford except what is given to them by whatever insurance that they have (or they don’t have), such cheap medications are given as experimental (with their fatal effects).
