This feast is similar to Thanksgiving in which a goat or a sheep replaces the turkey and becomes the main dish for that delicious dinner. The whole family comes together around the table and enjoy thanking The Creator for all their blessings.
The other side of similarity between ﻉid Al-Adha and Thanksgiving, is giving the meat cooked or uncooked to indigent people sharing thanks and gratitude to Al-Mighty Creator. Some people will start the celebration as early as the 24th of June all the way to the 2nd of July. Others are getting ready for Umrah.
Until we talk again, get inspired, with our hugs and kisses ❤
