1- Tha main six points of a check neotiability are: Date, Words of Negotiability, Payee, Amount, Maker’s signature, and Drawer bank.
2- In order for a check to be negotiable, the words of negotiability that must appear on the face of the check: Pay to the order of, Pay To, or Pay to the Bearer .
