In the US, there is a high percentage of rent exploitation; especially in CA. There are many kinds of exploitation or scams that could be prevented. The most harmful ones are those related to the living place.
How could you enjoy life while you know that there are people around you who keep nagging you to pay more and more. Their money demands never ended. Today it is the parking cleaning donation, tomorrow it is the national day of helping others, etc…
Never ending nightmare and the elderly are wide open to such scams. Help is needed. Seniors are like babies they need love and care. These are the main two elements that bring happiness to their hearts. The company of their childrent no matter how old they are is another primary element in bringing nice moments to their hearts before leaving your world.
