RoomMate⁴!

Be always available for your siblings and parents. Do you think you can reach out for them forever?! 😉

goldMany young and old people are looking for a place to call it home, but it is got too expensive and it usually ends up with funny options.

Here the man almost told his life story, interesting:

Hello,

I’m emailing to inquire about your room for rent.  First of all, I’m a 60 yr old gentleman. Hopefully that doesn’t automatically disqualify me 🙂
I’m presently renting a condo in WC, it’s a nice 2-bedroom unit in a very quiet and large complex. I’ve rented a room from the owner for 3 and 1/2 years however he recently passed away and the family is selling the property. Therefore, I’m hoping to find a similar arrangement close by.
I’ve worked for a realtor in Pleasant Hill for the last 12 years and would really love to remain in the WC/PH area. I also have a super fun side job as a casino dealer for a local casino event company. I do this mostly to have fun and keep busy on the weekends.
I’m a quiet reserved type of person, way past the partying and loud noise era, yet I do have a very active life, I enjoy going to local restaurants, cycling on the iron horse trail, traveling and just spending time outside.
I’ll probably continue to work for another 7 to 10 years and then figure out the step at that time.
Even though the owner of my condo passed away I can still supply great references from the property management agent, and similarly my job will give you a great reference as well.
Lastly, I don’t have any “illegal” incidents in my past and hopefully none in my future either……Unless you have something in mind that sounds good !   (just a little joke)
Well, I guess that’s it.  If you think I might be your type of roommate, please feel free to reach out to me.
Thanks, and best wishes,
He is over 60 and still looking for stability similar to many others, is this normal?
Until we chat again, try to smile/laugh, it is a good cure for being lonely, with our hugs and kisses ❤
