Why Uber does this?

Maybe bc it is easier to avoid its customers rather than serving them, or rather than solving their problems. What is that? It’s nonesense. It is unbelievable time consuming.

Do you think it is a bad policy? Oh God, you believe it is far away from bad; it is terrible. Nevertheless, Uper is expanding. Why? You spent hours and hours sitting to your computer trying to figure out why it was impossible to talk to a customer serive over the phone or by texting. 

When you need cs, you will go to a jungle full of tricks to avoid customers and to make it more complicated and vague.

The only solution after long long search was to write a letter to them to an address God knows if it really working. Write this address down pls. You will need it one day since every single day there must be some angry customers:
