Another new movie 2020 with two big names: Kevin Costner and Diane Lane.
Disappointing in a way to see both of these two big actors accepting a movie like this. It is not the worst movie in the market but it is not one of the top neither. The story is simple and passionate but the solution was hasty and compulsive which is not the nature of elderly logic. “Let Him go”, you’ll think that “Him” could refer to the son, the grandson, and the grandfather, so which one is it? 🙄
Of course it is hard to see a little kid being abused by a step father or a whole grey family, but people should not be using an uncalculated violence to save their beloved ones. It is not easy to see how grandparents may feel when they experience that though.
It is a family movie which has some violence by the end, may be two stars will be good enough for it. If you watch it, share how many stars you want to give.
