Decisions are very difficult to take. This goes almost for everyone.
You agreed that a big decision is hard to take. In the meantime, you will reach a moment when you will have to choose one of the options you have.
A big decision is something similar to accepting a new job or moving to a new place. For spontaneous persons, it could be easier but for normal people, it might take longer.
You probably need to ask yourself why you are scared or feeling fear whenever you think of that decision. You will get to an answer. Next you will need to handle that fear by talking to a close one about it. Perhaps that action will make you more comfortable especially if your close one positively gives his/her reflections on what you suggest.
