Embrace your future! 😉 Welcome back dearest friends from the US, Germany, Canada, Italy, India, Indonesia, Ukraine, and Thailand! We are lucky to have you all! 😉
Splendid! Here’s the New Year’s Eve, and you didn’t plan to do anything special on this unique day, then what should you do?
No worries, we have a number of things that you can do tonight, if you were in the Bay Area. If not, you can still use some suggestions in our next post.
. Bar for Free: Friday, December 28-Monday, December 31
Pacific Cocktail Haven transformed into a “Miracle” pop-up bar and this weekend is your last chance to experience the decorations and the special cocktails because Santa’s elves are taking it all down after New Year’s Eve.
Cost: Admission is free
. Musical: Friday, December 28-Monday, December 31
“Paradise Square: A New Musical” is about a 20-block area of Manhattan in 1863 where Black and Irish Americans lived and how the Civil War impacted racial harmony. The musical is playing at Berkeley Rep through February 17.
Cost: $40 to $115 with a 30% discount for anyone under the age of 35
. Circus: Friday, December 28-Monday, December 31
Circus Bella’s “Kaleidoscope” show features some of the Bay Area’s most exciting circus talent and a live six-piece band (and no animals because that’s just cruel) is only on Treasure Island until January 6, so go now while you are off for the holidays.
Cost: $39 to $150. Jazz & Cocktail: Monday, December 31
If you’re looking for a more laid back party, head to Mr. Tipple’s where saxophonist Charles Unger and his Quintet will be playing lively, funky tunes. There will also be passed apps and a champagne toast at midnight. GA includes three drink tickets.
. Dance All Night: Monday, December 31
The Midway is throwing their most “ambitious event to date” on New Year’s Eve with a lineup that includes music from Swedish electronic band Little Dragon, German underground DJs Modeselektor, DJ TOKiMONSTA, Burning Man sound camp Mayan Warrior, and many more. There are a range of VIP packages for those looking to elevate the ending with access to open bars and “experience rooms.”
Cost: $89.50 to $2,500
