Why is there fear from the AI?
Simply bc there is not enough info about it. No details are given to the people to know exactly how it is going to be used. 🙄
The unknown is terrifying.
It is the same for artificial intelligence. Some want to have more robots to cut down the need for the workforce, but it will cost trillions to do this and robots can not replace humans in many many things such as using AI in answering clients’ calls.
Of course you heard of the AI which handles incoming phone calls and how it keeps asking the same question over and over again, and if you ask for a live agent, it declines your request and hangs up on you.
Well, human-beings can hang up on you too, but there is a complete difference between the two. You can complain against that customer service agent, but you can’t complain against the AI. It is a machine. The fearful part is what if you cannot control it, and definitely you are not
Okay, then what is the solution to have everyone happy and willing to deal/not to deal with these robots.
Next time, ask yourself to what extent collecting data could be useful?
It is just a slower era what can you do?! Plenty!
