And that there’s a balcony, a washer and dryer in the building. Swimming pool included.

Is it the master bedroom? and connected to the only bathroom and you have your own sink and toilet on your side and the shared shower is in the middle. The other tenant will have his own toilet and sink on his side. Utilities separate including PG&E and Internet.
