Be realistic , clear, and trust your instincts.
Sometimes minor thoughts can change your mood, and other times it might be a person whom you know being near him, will give you some negative vibes. Think then write down how you feel. Be truthful. Nothing is wrong in facing the truth. Writing it will be an adequate solution.

How to solve this is right in your hand; nobody can force you to do anything that you do not want to do.
Writing about your feelings will b like shredding a substance that came to you producing some negative vibes, and you will get rid of it to remain to be in a good mood.
