Out of sight out of mind, or far from the eyes far from the heart, whichever it is, both end up the same! 😉 Hello and welcome back friends and readers from the US, Ecuador, and Philippines! 😉
Hey, when it’s a short trip, it’s similar to a long trip, almost the same preps you need to do. You may imagine that you’d have the time to buy anything that you forgot to take with you, but this is not the case in reality.
Tammy comments that short trip or long one, there are certain things you need to do, but if it’s a long trip abroad, it’s definitely different in its prep time and what you need to take with you.
The first thing you should do is to give your family/close friend your route, address, and your contact number in case of any emergency.
Credit cards is one thing you must pay attention to and you should inform your bank ahead of time so that there would be no interruption or misunderstanding while you need using it. Also, you should make sure that you have someone to check up on your home, taking care of your plants or your dog while you are away.
In addition, you should get rid of food in your refrigerator and clean up everything thoroughly. You don’t want to have any insects when you’re back home. In the meantime, try to get rid of any papers in your possession, you don’t need to carry around with you a pile of unimportant papers that you would not need.
You can put your mail on hold until you come back, and you can prepare your bag two nights before your travel, you’d find few items that you forget that would come to mind. 😮
Frankly speaking, there is no typical one trip module to be applied to all kinds of trips. For example, when you’re travelling solo is different from when you’re having your family with you in a trip. Also, when you’re having a business trip varies from when you’re having fun exploring new horizons, right.
Not only that, but also since you are a unique person, your types of preparations would be unlike anybody else.
Now, what is your destination for your next trip? Do you want to tell us?!
