You hope it is correctable, and this is what we all hope too, Nadine! It’s quite embarrassing that a huge entity such as Google Search would provide worldwide wrong info like that for people.
How? What?
Nadine accidentally was searching for the Hijri Mosslems’ months of the year, and unfortunately she told us something we didn’t believe until we tried the search ourselves, and everyone of us found the same result as she stated. The Hijri months were in the wrong order from left to right. Was that intentional?
You’d wonder if Yahoo and Bing did the same or not. I think they don’t do that, but we’ll check on both, and let you know soon. 🙂
The right order goes as follows:
1 Muḥarram
2 Ṣafar صَفَر
3 Rabīʿ al-Awwal رَبِيع ٱلْأَوَّل the first spring
4 Rabīʿ ath-Thānī (Rabī’ al-Ākhir) ربيع الثاني or رَبِيع ٱلْآخِر the second spring
5 Jumādá al-Ūlá جُمَادَىٰ ٱلْأُولَىٰ
6 Jumādá al-Ākhirah جُمَادَىٰ ٱلْآخِرَة the last of parched land
7 Rajab رَجَب
8 Sha‘bān شَعْبَان
9 Ramaḍān رَمَضَان
10 Shawwāl شَوَّال 1
11 Dhū al-Qa‘dah ذُو ٱلْقَعْدَة
12 Dhū al-Ḥijjah ذُو ٱلْحِجَّة
Probably Google was confused in the order it provided; a glitch, may be! Another glitch in the order of photos?!!
Let’s pretend that Google did this with your calendar, and instead of starting with Jan. it started with November, how would you feel about this?
Now you see how media spoil your relationship to others? How it feeds you wrong info?
