You need to take it easy. Take a break and enjoy yourself.
Watching a movie is one way, taking a walk is another, riding a boat in a quiet lake, relaxing on the beach, or hiking are all good. Just contemplation seeing plants and trees is one thing to do.
The message my kids got from that movie was: “There are plenty of stupid things in your world but it’s you who decide what to do towards them, or you can quit and leave all the stupidity behind”.
