Real robot firefighters exist. They do good job and they save lives. Why weren’t they used in CA endless wildfires which still send smoke to people and kill many?

Paris Firefighters Used This Remote-Controlled Robot to Extinguish the Notre Dame Blaze. Many other examples are out there for those who care to save their forests and their people. It makes you think: if the Federal Government gave CA an open account to fight fire, who or what is behind this failure?
