It is all chaos with this company. You are not the first one to be denied their coverage. This has happened before. Save blaming yourself and find out who can interfere to get you your money.

badThen, they came up with many stories that your coverage was canceled by someone either in 2020; another story it altered in Jan 2022, which is a total lie. You never asked any agent to change your policy. Andrew, one of their agents, told you that there was a change in Geico’s system and some policies were changed or disappeared for some computer glitch.  

hqdefaultIn brief, they are procrastinating and you are very frustrated with your car considered totaled and rental was denied although you have it in your policy.

It was all inappropriate action and no one was capable of helping you to restore what was dropped off out of your policy.

You are supposed to be not at fault in that accident but no inspection was done by Geico and you are in a “pending status” since Geico was denying all your rights in having a decent service.

hqdefaultYou asked to talk to a manager, they said they didn’t have one so how could you get this decently solved?

You need your dropped off coverage to be restored back to your policy and get it applied to your claim to be able to resume your normal life.
