Talking about the endorsement of a check, certainly you need to know that certain checks, such as the US Gov or States checks, insurance checks, escrow checks, or any other checks that specifically ask for personal signature, require signature to be processed.
Still the endorsement of a check could be done by a third party with the permission of the superior; however, that third party must show satisfying documentation to the bank such as a power of attorney, conservatorship paper, or proof of being a parent for a minor.
