Why Uber does this?
“Sorry, the network has stopped”, all of a sudden this phrase keeps coming, without getting help to the riders, why?
Customer service is always required especially when it comes to big companies such as Uber! It is not acceptable to have a lot of rides’ interruption. And there is no way to talk to someone who cares about these poor customers who for some reason have to use the Uber service 😦
When you need cs, you will go to a jungle full of tricks to avoid customers and to make it more complicated and vague.
It feels terrible to try to reach out to an agent a human to speak to in order to help you solving your issue with the App or with any other thing you need expecially when it comes to wrong charges.
