Happy visitors, readers, friends, and everyone else who is reading our post, thank you for stopping by, and taking the time in reading our words. Our special thanks go to the US, Italy, Vietnam, Germany, Norway, Slovakia, n Romania 😉
My dear 1Zumba friend, nothing to be said for now, but may be later, we will explain it further to you, just keep connected, & be patient 😉
Zidan, 1Zumba friend, sent us a question about hair restoration, and mentioned that it had been a real problem for him, and that he wished to have some reliable source for some medical basis reformation, to help him in solving his issues with hair restoration transplant, or treatment.
To my surprise, there has been a tremendous number of results, inside n outsidethe USA, & some included the expenses for the whole round-trip. Wow! I never expected that. Why not? We are in a new era, where you can go anywhere, and get whatever you need, if you can cover the cost 😀
Thank you for bringing this issue up, coz it’s for both men and women, which is really fantastic. I read about herbs which strengthen the hair growth. If you are interested to know about those herbs, pls click here, to access all the info regarding the 28 herbs that help you in this matter.
- Bosley Hair Transplant – The Permanent Cure to Hair Loss is the one that I heard about before, coz it used to have many TV commercials, and still they do.
Other than those resources, I know that your diet can affect your hair a lot. “So incorporating even more “good” fats into my diet. Eggs, nuts, avocados and coconut oil were key staples. I also dramatically increased the amount of water I drank. My goal is to drink two liters a day. I am not quite there yet every day but I am getting closer and I have also limited my caffeine intake a lot”, Manny, IZumba friend told us.
If you really want to have a thicker and heavier hair, you need to include these items in your food all the time, and I mean for at least 12 months, so you would get heavy hair once again. In the meantime, stay away from shampoo as much as you can. It’s enough to wash your hair once or twice a week. You need to let the hair have a chance to get enough natural body oil.
Washing your hair every day removes the natural oils produced by your scalp to protect your hair and keep it healthy. Also, be gentle with your hair after washing it. You don’t need to torture your hair or break it just for the sake of drying it. Why not let it have a natural air to dry, then comb/brush it gently? Try it 😕
Stay away from styling tools, and chemical products. It ruins your hair, no matter what they say. Heat is no good for all kinds of hair. Natural solutions are the best. Do you actually know what these ingredients in this or that bottle are? Even if you happen to recognize the name of an element or two, do you really know, what happened to it after being mixed with other hundreds of chemicals?
Keep your hair healthy, so it can grow faster, thicker, and prettier 🙂
It’s time to go for a little bit, and come back again, to chat more. 1Zumba friend, you should care more for your hair, I know that you’re busy most of the time, but neglecting your hair could have negative consequences, and you don’t want that to happen. Get your nice thick hair back in place, and here’s my kisses ❤ 😳
