Lately, there has been a lot of debate about opening your schools and your classes to your students, is this possible?
In reality, it is.
If you use a simple model for a class and instead of having it indoors move it to outdoors.
But it is complicated, how could this be applicable with all the textbooks, laptops, monitors, class equipment, etc.
Well, since this is a temporary situation and there is a soon vaccine will be available, you can do it. Remember when there is a need there is a solution.
Forget about all equipment.
In under-developed countries as some call them, they use a simple model: Four poles pushed into the ground and a cloth cover for the top of the poles, a simple blackboard with chalk and papers and pens for the students to write. This is all what you need, teachers/administrators.
You can apply this model outdoors, you can take it to the desert if you don’t want to apply it in your empty space in your school. Improvise to teach your students there’s always a solution. Teach your students that nothing will stop them from coming to class. The student can not spend his/her full day sitting to a computer. The right thing to do is to provide an alternative model for the classroom setting.
I’m not an architect but I am a teacher. I was able to draw a full model for how it could be. I was able to calculate the approximate cost which is very reasonable. Also, the time frame that it could take is approximately 2-3 weeks.
If you like to talk more about this outdoor class-model pls contact me directly and I can provide you with more details.
Until we chat again, being positive and inspiring comes natural for some people with our hugs and kisses ❤
