This disaster is nothing compared to what’s coming!
There has been a dissatisfaction with the USPS or The United States Postal Services for the last 7 months, right LONG before the COVID 19 started. It’s a disaster!
There are multiple reasons for this dissatisfaction among all customers:
. Websites down: In many counties, you try to call the post office over the phone, a recording will answer you insisting that you should deal your issues with the website. You try theweb-site.“Sorry for inconvenience” is on their web. You pull your hair. Well, it’s more precious 😦
. Mail delay which make meeting deadlines impossible for customers 😦
. Loss of packages blaming the COVID which is very convenient for them.
. No office answer the phone calls any more.
. Indifference on the part of employees, but there is always a survey coming to your email asking your opinion and how to make it work for you. Do you think they read it? 😆
. Claims denial although insurance should cover the losses for customers.
