You felt bored and you thought the best thing to do was to take a walk in your neighborhood. You walked having your mask on & off depending on the pedestrians passing by you.
You thought how about a quick cup of coffee and maybe drinking it while walking but then you talked yourself out of that idea and you thought of crossing the road and getting into the near area of downtown probably you could do window shopping.
Why not? You did it crossing that nice new flickering light to find that the road was all busy with a lot of people walking everywhere right and left buying fruits carrying flowers. You glanced a green sign that said “Farmers Market”.
Wow! It made you feel good for some reason. You wanted to know why you had that feeling. Maybe it was seeing a lot of people or the dynamics of the farmers’ presentation to their products. It was organized clean and fresh fresh like no other.
Although it was a small street next to Target area but the colored tents that occupied the street and the lights they had, the signs, the pictures, having kids running here and there. The workers moving baskets and barrels it was so live.
You enjoyed it and took a couple of pictures and headed back to your residency but then you didn’t mind stopping by the coffee den.
You carried your coffee back home and you carried that feeling of enjoyment and cheerfulness as well. It seemed that the crowd energized each other in a secret way and you smiled.
