There is simple routine that you can do in order to assure that you’re going to have good vision for the longest period of your life. The first one is your diet, or the kind of food that you eat on a daily basis.
Carrots are extremely important element for your vision. I can’t emphasize enough how essential the carrots are for healthy eyes. You can eat it raw or in any other shape you prefer. At least three times a week, your meals should include carrots. If you like the pure carrot juice that would be fantastic.
Smoking can affect your eyes or vision negatively, so cutting down on the number of cigars or cigarettes that you smoke, would be a good step toward preserving a strong vision.
Another factor is avoiding or reducing the cataracts, which is a clouding of the eye’s natural lens. For those who started to notice that the colors are no longer as bright as they used to be, you can use this recipe. It will keep your eyes healthy and reduce the possibility of having cataracts:
4 cups of boiling water
4 teaspoons of raspberry leaves
1 cup of rose petals
PREPARATION AND USAGE:
Let the active ingredients remain for a few minutes in the boiling water. Leave it to cool off. Once it cools off, you ought to strain the mix. You should wash your eyes with this mixture so that you can enhance your vision.
Of course, the one part that you should never forget about is to have enough sleep. A nap during the day, in the afternoon, will be great rest for your eyes. It will relax your eyes’ muscles, and it will give a chance for your eyes not to be exerted continuously during the whole day, since you wake up early in the morning until late at night.
