Pilot Meals!

Decide for yourself, but decide soon, did you think that you’d never be tested?! 😉 Welcome back friends from the US, India, Brazil, the UK, Belgium, Czech Republic, Serbia, Vietnam, and Ukraine.

Well, what happens when you gain a bit of weight? 

You get surprised or taken a little bit that your body started to change. You might be comfortable with gaining weight coz your weight is less the average weight in relation to your height. Getting worried or not about your weight completely depends on how you see it, and what the acceptable increase in your weight you’re OK with.

For a number of people, life is food and food is life, which is absolutely hard to change coz they have been like this for most of their lives. But may be they have given up on losing weight, and that is why they didn’t want to resist food any more.

How about you? For me, once I exceed a certain number of pounds in my weight, I get freaked out coz I like to keep my weight down for health reasons.

Pilot/Experimental Meals:

Take the time to come up with special recipes that match your appetite and taste but healthy whenever possible. It’s enjoyable to take a break and stand in your kitchen making something new that would taste splendid. If it went right, great, it’s one count successful pilot meal ; if it tasted other than the way you expected, it’s not such a big deal. Just smile!

MadeInWashington.comWhen you’re experimenting, you select some ingredients you like, mix them together in any way you like- boiled, fried, or raw. Prepare your meal the way you want, decorate your plate, and set up the table.

For example, you can mix shrimps with lettuce, tomatoes, beets, spices, and  lemon. It will all taste terrific for you. Remember that you have your special ability in tasting things. The way you taste any food is unique according to your body’s needs. How a dish tastes for you is not the same to somebody else. The Creator gave you very special mechanism that work for you perfectly well and you should enjoy that.

If you lost or gained weight for no reason, pls see a physician. Try to eat well and have enough sleep. In the meantime, working on losing weight is all in your hands. It just takes a strong will to start. Mark your calendar for a day to start working out!
