You can do something about it; you have all the qualities to do it! 😉 Thank you friends from the US, India, Argentina, Malaysia, Norway, Laos, Namibia, Russia, Australia 😉
It is quite hard to deal with a boss who is suffering from bipolar or any other mental illnesses. Some bosses act weird without being mentally sick. Weird in the sense of bullying employees around them.
Employees in the US have been suffering this kind of wrong behavior for decades but no action was taken against this. There is no one legal action an employee can take against being bullied around with his/her boss. Knowing that make many managers to act immorally around their team and justify their attitude by their hitting their goals.
The U.S. Supreme Court has specifically said that courts will not get into the business of enforcing a “civility code” in the nation’s workplaces. With the law turning a blind eye toward civility and respect at work, bosses are free to push their employees to produce more and more by employing threats, humiliation, and fear-mongering. It may be immoral, but none of it is illegal.
I think it’s about time that the law should protect the employees from such unusual bad behaviors and help them to feel humans again, instead of turning them into mental cases in most states.
Until we chat again, keep looking for your inspiration, it’s there in our topics, with our hugs and kisses ❤
