In the middle of all of this, you still have to pay some attention for gifts soon! 😉 Welcome back dearest readers and friends from the US, Ghana, Austria, and Bolivia! 😉
Dear friends, how’s life treating you? Have you ever been asked that question? I was. Yes, a friend asked me that question. She smiled expressing some care and concern, for which I didn’t ask any explanation.May be it was her customs to act like that. Anyway, and before I forget, a message from Gail wanted to talk more about how to deal with writing addiction. And Frankly-speaking let me tell you this: when I came up with that expression, I didn’t even think that it exist, but it seemed that I hit a nerve. 🙄
In the meantime, Steve bet on how I would feel if I took a long walk. I guess he won the bet since I felt pain in my right knee, although the walk was not that long. It was about 1 mile.
That made me think I should get back to my knees exercises. It was given to me by a coach at John Muir Physical Therapy. Certainly, it lighten my previous pain when I neglected my walks. In a way, I regained back my healthy living as soon as I seriously followed back my routine.
It’s a straightforward plan. You need to remember call to mind, as a rule, that you need this to feel happy about your knees. The first uncomplicated step is to sit on a chair with straight back, and your feet on the floor. You can place a spongy roll or a rolled towel under your knees. What comes next is even simpler. You would raise one foot at a time to be parallel to the floor.
Before you start this, always warm-up. Better not to be impulsive on this, jumping from your bed and getting into the mood of high-energy-exercise. Instead of helping your knees, in my perspective, it would be like adding pressure on your whole body. In short, you need to be patient and consistent.
