Names!

Your moves are quicker than than thunder! 😉

Good Morning every dear reader and friend from the US, Italy, Australia, Japan, Brazil,Mexico, Canada, Thailand, Germany, and India! 😉

Do you remember the scene in the movie “The Company Men” the scene when Chris Cooper – an executive- was being fired. That girl who was firing them used his first name addressing him, as if she was a close person to him.

This approach is used by telephone customer service representatives by the majority of them. They call you using your first name in their conversation with you without asking you if you like that strangers speak to you in your first name or not.

In many situations, you’d prefer to have a stranger addressing you by your last name. Sometimes you feel uncomfortable hearing your first name coming from a total stranger. I guess, there is an assumption that you’d like to hear your first name, which is not necessarily true. This rule does not apply to everyone!

It’s time to bring our kids back home. No more troops abroad. Enough spending on other countries’ problems, while your own country need your money and your attention. Bring them home to join others in building your Smart Wall 🙂
