Emperors, queens, kings, or any other given titles that represent the upper world ruling class, did the history ever mention that any of them was loved by her/his people?
History need to be true clean impartial. This is how it should be. If you were a historian, and you wanted to be respected and appreciated by others who would read what you put on paper, no matter how much you love or like one thing or one person, it should not interfere with your judgement.
