Supposedly it was about discussing the manager’s role in one business, but.. But what?
Tess said: “A good manager doesn’t have to be a leader.”
Mike agreed: “Yes, the manager should be only having the ability for running the daily operations of the business effectively, and making sure that employees are following the operations standards.”
“But leadership should have some of these qualities too?”, Sam said adding that: “A leader must have a charisma and humility. He is all about inspiring people around him.”
“Not only that but also challenging them and encouraging them to think creatively”, Mary interrupted with a smile and a wink.
“You forgot to mention that the leader should make followers to feel valuable and appreciated so they would become confidence in their decision”, Mike claimed.
Patty came in asking: “What am I missing?”
Sam said: “Until we chat again, be on time or else you’d miss a lot with our hugs and kisses ❤“
