How? Where? When could this happen? Or, is it just another hoax?

It is said that governments can reverse inflation and change the bad situation for the common people who live on a day to day life.

But who benefits from increased inflation? There is a lot said about it but in brief the winner is: wealthy people with their capital invested in inflation hedges.
