CA needs a good wealth managerial skills. CA is wealthy in its natural resources but unfortunately the plight is that there is no good management and the only solution for every problem is to raise taxes, which drove many good companies and businesses out of CA. It is damaging to people having a crisis after another. It is tiring and it is time to say that CA needs help. This is said by all parties and by all people.
What is taking place in CA is a bad joke. Who is in charge of that Bart crisis?
