one banana 12 noon

water/milk/juice 3 pm

one steak 6 pm

one apple 9 pm

one cup Chamomile

Day 2- one/two eggs/cup of coffee or tea or milk Breakfast

one banana 12 noon

water/juice 3 pm

half grilled chicken 6 pm

one apple 9 pm

Day 3- one/two eggs/cup of coffee or tea Breakfast

one banana 12 noon

water/milk 3 pm

one steak 6 pm

one fruit 9 pm

one cup peppermint

Day 4- one/two eggs/cup of coffee or milk Breakfast

one fruit 12 noon

water/juice 3 pm

two fish 6 pm

Day 5- one/two eggs/cup of tea or milk Breakfast

Fruit of the day 12 noon
