What Should You Drink?

It’s back-breaking to continue carrying this burden, but who else can do it?! 😉 Dear fantastic readers from everywhere! From the US, Canada, St Kitts and Nevis, the UK, Greece, Germany, India, Australia, & Slovakia. We love you all, and we appreciate your time 😉

We know that you would  always come back for more, and this is how we all are. We want more when we find what we like, don’t we? My dear 1Zumba friend! This is why you would consistently get something new every time you visit us. You would get one piece of info that would last  with you forever 😉

Never think that you’re just another new story in our life. You are far more than that. You are not only my friend, but  also my hope in solving many puzzles, that we live in 😀

I want to write about our “Walk & Talk”, and share some photos with all of you, but, it would take longer time, so probably tomorrow, we can do that. For now, since I’m enjoying listening to Chopin, why don’t I give you a new recipe for a light drink, and may be a light meal too.

Let me think a bit! 

If you’re looking for something that would make you lose weight, this drink will be the one you can try:

Lemon is the main ingredient which will help you to eliminate toxins which are accumulated in your body. Lemon accelerates the metabolism and the fat start to melt.

Ginger is another beneficial ingredient which works in synergy to prevent overeating and blast belly fat fast. Ginger also accelerates the metabolism and prevents constipation.

Another ingredient which is useful and you will need to buy it is cucumber. Cucumber is one of the best vegetables which can help you in the fight against excess weight. Cucumbers have high amount of water and fibers and pretty low amount of calories.

Aloe Vera juice will also help you, because it contains natural antioxidants which eliminate the free radicals and reduce the inflammatory processes.  Aloe Vera stimulates the metabolic rate which in turn boosts the energy and this process stabilizes and reduces the body mass index.

Another ingredient which you will need to use is parsley and cilantro. They are also great because they are low in calories and rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. They can really help you to lose weight.

RECIPE – Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Aloe Vera Juice
  • 1 cucumber
  • A bunch of parsley or cilantro
  • ½ glass of water.

Procedure:

You will need to put all of the ingredients in a juicer and mix them well.

Consume this drink before bedtime. If you consume it regularly you will able to notice the results for a pretty short period of time.

However If your’re looking for something not necessarily healthy, here’s some suggestions. This is one of the recommended drinks: Vegas Bomb recipe

Pour 1/2 oz of Crown Royal and 1/2 oz DeKuyper Butterscotch Schnapps in a shot glass. Take a glass of Red Bull and fill the glass half full or as much needed to cover the shot glass. Put the shot glass of Crown and Butterscotch in the glass of Red Bull and bottoms up!
