In Jan. 2019, there has been an announcement, actually an order pertained $ 1,000,000 Billion to house the homeless people on CA state land.

Homelessness will not go away miraculously, there has to be serious solutions, people!
Where’s the one BILLION $$$ gone?
You can’t just keep clapping for speeches and talk. Where are the deeds?
State employees are getting the highest salaries to help people, but now they are staying home while getting their checks using the excuse of the virus, leaving others especially homeless at greater risk and dangers. Nobody overseeing them. Lacking appropriate supervision being home and never mind whatever could happen to others due to their negligence.
