Happiness Food!

What makes sense to you might feel thorny to others who are not in your boat! 😉 Dear friends and readers, thank you for coming to our site; especially to friends from the US, Germany, Poland, India, Ukraine, and Spain 😉 

Everyday you find out new ideas and new concepts that you never expect to exist. Some of them are considered by you or by others useful, while others are seen like absurd or inappropriate.

But happiness is hard to measure particularly when it comes to people’s preferences. You might be happy traveling, another perhaps would be happy with playing basketball, and a third may find food is the best thing that brings happiness to her. Who knows!

This reminds me of a new recipe for good and easy food lovers. Here it is:

Cilantro Lime Butter Salmon

Salmon2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, salt and pepper, 1 Tablespoons olive oil
1½ Tablespoons butter, 1½ minced garlic cloves, , ¼ cup vegetable broth, ¼ cup lime juice, 1½ Tablespoons honey, ¼ cup  chopped cilantro, chopped cilantro and fresh lime slices for garnish

. In an over-medium high- heat skillet add the olive oil. 

. Add the salmon side up to the skillet and reduce the heat to medium-low.
. Cook without turning for 5 minutes until the salmon gets a brown crust.
. Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
. Remove and put it on a plate.
. Add garlic to the melt butter in your skillet, and cook for a minute until tender.
. Whisk in vegetable broth, lime juice, honey, and cilantro.
. Add salmon back to the pan and let it cook in the sauce until heated through.
. Serve with additional chopped cilantro.
